AMENITIES - These are available to all homeowners and include an 18 hole golf course (our golf course is also open to the public), 23 miles of forested hiking trails, junior olympic sized swimming pool, tennis courts, 5 lakes for swimming and/or canoeing, open air barn for member functions, and the Robin Hood Centre for member meetings and functions. Please see our amenities page for more detail.
ACTIVITES - Group activities available to Sherwood Forest members include many unique activities such as our several times/month Instant Culture get-togethers, our Memoirs Group, arts and crafts group, Women's Workshop, Wood Cutters, Trail Maintenance, Native Plant committee.
OUR HISTORY - Please see this page for information on the history of Sherwood Forest. John Stehr and Rick Mills have written a 131 page book entitled "A Dream Realized", which highlights this area's history, and how Sherwood Forest came to be. Thanks to the staff of CopyWorks in Brevard, it is now available as a pdf download.
